Q. What type of driver's license does Zoomcar require?

A. Zoomcar requires either an Indian driver's license or an International Driver's Permit (IDP). Zoomcar ensures that the driver is carrying an original license. Licenses must be for a light motor vehicle such as a car. Members do NOT need a specific cab license that is associated with a yellow board plate.

Q. Is there a km limit to how much I can drive?

A. Zoomcar has a defined policy. Each reservation comes with 10 km/hr with a maximum daily driving limit of 240 km/day (24 hour period). For example, a 5-hour reservation would come with 50 km in driving at no additional charge while a 3-day reservation would come with 720 km in driving at no additional charge. Q. How much time does it take to get my refund back?

A. The process is such that all refunds initiated to Citrus Cash will get completed within 24 hours. In some cases, refunds are initiated to the account you used to pay at the time of the booking and this will take 5-15 days to reflect in your account.
