The company will thereafter send an Exchange authorization number. The customer is requested to send back the item to be exchanged within 10 days of receipt of Exchange Authorization number along with the exchange form, which can be downloaded from the website. No returns for items will be accepted beyond 10 days of receipt of the exchange authorization number by the recipients under any circumstances.

Q: Is there a refund made in case of return of products - what if the product received is defective?

A: The Company does not give any refunds - refunds are only in form of store credit or product / size exchanges only.
