Q: How do I exchange the product bought in case there is a size issue?
A: In case there is a problem with the purchase, the customers are requested to email at woof@headsupfortails.com within 3 days of receiving the product. The company will thereafter send an Exchange authorization number. The customer is requested to send back the item to be exchanged within 10 days of receipt of Exchange Authorization number along with the exchange form, which can be downloaded from the website. No returns for items will be accepted beyond 10 days of receipt of the exchange authorization number by the recipients under any circumstances.
Q: Is there a refund made in case of return of products - what if the product received is defective?
A: The Company does not give any refunds - refunds are only in form of store credit or product / size exchanges only.
The company will happily exchange a defective product or a wrong item that has been shipped out. The customers are requested to notify the company any such issue within 48 hours of delivery. The company will arrange to collect the product from the customer and have the exchanged products sent at the earliest possible.
