The firm has been able to accomplish this by completely integrating the supply chain - right from sourcing the yarn. Also, it works with a two-month inventory against the industry norm of six-eight months.

The founders have invested about Rs 3.5 crore of their own money and about Rs 6.5 crore in debt. They are also looking to raise about Rs 65 crore ($10 million) from investors, which they plan to use in building the brand, strengthening the technology infrastructure and growing the team. The firm is looking at a revenue of Rs 40 crore for 2015 and 100 crores in 2016.
