A. In order to return any products sold through the website, the customers are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:

• Notify Jazzmyride of receipt of a damaged/ defective product within 48-hours of delivery
• Products should be unused and returned in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.

Jazzmyride will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. In the event Jazzmyride is unable to do so, Jazzmyride will notify the customer and the customer will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed.

Q. How will I get the refund of payment on product returned?

A. In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by Jazzmyride, the value of such product, as originally paid by the customer will be refunded. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Jazzmyride or the approved payment gateway will credit refunds directly into customer's debit/credit card or online accounts. Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days. For Cash on Delivery payments, the customer will be provided with a refund cheque.
