FabFurnish processes refunds within 7 business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging. The refunds period includes time taken to complete the refunds process by FabFurnish.com, but excludes any delays on part of banks/ card issuers, or shipment time in case of cheque refunds.

I have placed a Part Payment order including multiple items, and now want to cancel one of the items from it. I want to know if it is possible. If yes, how will the refund be processed?

In case your order does not contain any item from furniture/lighting category, you can go ahead with the cancellation as per the cancellation policy and obtain a partial refund accordingly. 30% of the product value of cancelled item(s) will be refunded back to your card/account.
