Return method & payment

Babyoye asks its customers not to accept an incorrect product. It bears the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered. For all other products, the company refunds 95% of the product cost in case the customer has availed their free shipping facility. In case the customer has not availed the free shipping facility, the actual shipping charge is deducted and the rest of the product cost is refunded to the customer.

If customers are not 100% satisfied with their purchase, Babyoye accepts the return of packages within 30 days of the sale date and will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.

Cancellations

If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, Babyoye gives a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
